Can you explain the drop-off process?
All services are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please note due to space constraints that all gear MUST be picked up within 2 days after completion to avoid a daily $10.00 storage charge.

You can parallel park in the driveway.
**Due to COVID-19 we will be wearing gloves and will conduct a contact-free pickup by leaving the door open for you. Prior to deep cleaning your gear, we will fully sanitize it first.

Can you explain the full cleaning process?
We power wash, scrub and let extra dirty items marinate in our all organic homemade scrub. Once fully scrubbed we power wash again. Then we extract the water with our 312 degree vapor cleaner and dry under high velocity fans.

Once dried, we vapor clean your gear again and do a full quality assurance check.
What products do you use?
I use 5 products. Baking soda, Hydrogen Peroxide, Lemons, Vinegar and Essential Oils.

Over the years I have mastered how to mix and use these 5 products interchangeably depending what type of "mess" we are cleaning.

Almost forgot, we use potatoes and salt for rust. 5 products sounds better than 7, right?
What is your 100% happiness guaranteed policy?
Simple. If you are not 100% satisfied PLEASE let us know. We will gladly clean your gear again until it's perfect. Sometimes some of our gear needs a second "Sudsy Buggy" cycle and we don't mind at all.

Please note: we scrub your baby gear by hand and sometimes fabrics fade. This is very rare but it happens. We cannot be held responsible for any discoloration. Again, this is very rare however it's important to disclose.

How long will it take to detail my baby gear?
A typical item requires a 2-4 day visit. After lots of experience we have found that the stains do not rise until the your baby gear is fully dried.

How does payment work?
We love keeping things simple. Once your baby gear detail is complete, we will email you a digital payment link. You can pay directly with your credit or debit card.
We also take cash and checks, which will save you 5% due to processing fees.
Have you ever cleaned a stroller or car seat like my child's?
Most likely and in the event that your stroller is unfamiliar you can be rest assured that we research the manufacturers cleaning instructions and even more importantly the safety information.
Do you reinstall car seats?
Unfortunately, I am not certified to do so at this time. Something I am working on however I'm more than happy to give you advice on where you can go.
Do you assemble strollers or replace fabric?
We do not assemble stroller due to space constraints.
Cleaning is our main priority!
